Do you have an Instagram profile for your business? Then you probably know the link function in your bio. There, you can choose exactly which page you want to link to – your online store, a size guide, a contact form, or a special offer. In fact, whatever page you want your profile visitors to land on.

But – if you know the function, you surely know the challenge: you’d really like to link to several pages at once. Maybe you have multiple campaigns, temporary offers, or want to link to your Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, or even Snapchat?

The problem is that you always have to remember to update the link in your bio to the current offer or change it back when the campaign is over.

It can get tricky to keep track of several links when you have to manually edit, remove, and change them.

That’s why I want to share a small tip that can make your Instagram everyday a bit easier.

Linktree is a platform that can connect your followers to your entire digital world – not just one page at a time. With Linktree, you can build a form with all the links you want your customers to find. Quickly and easily.

Now you might be thinking, “oh, that sounds like more work.” But I bet you’ll never need to update, edit, or remove links on Instagram again once you set up a Linktree page. As Linktree says: “The only link you’ll ever need”.

With these 5 simple steps you can refresh your Instagram bio in 10 minutes. Ready? See below:

How to set up Linktree

Step 1:

Create a free account with your email, username, and password here. You will receive a confirmation email from Linktree. After confirming, fill in your business name and select up to 3 categories for your business.

 

Step 2:

Now your profile is ready for the fun part: creating your link page. Click “Add New Link”. Here you can add any URL and a name for the link. You’ll see your link on the right in the preview. Want to show more links, just click “Add New Link” again. If you change your mind, you can delete a link with the trash icon or use the swipe button on the left to hide the link without deleting it.

Step 3:

When you’re satisfied with your links, you can change the form’s design to match your business. Click “Appearance” at the top left. Here you can upload your logo, write a short business description, add your username, and adjust the theme colors.

Step 4:

Almost done! If you want to add links to your Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, Twitter account, contact email, and so much more (!!), do it under Settings (also at the top left). These links will show as icons at the bottom of the form.

Step 5:

Now just one thing left: Copy your Linktree URL and paste it into your Instagram bio. At the top right, you can copy your Linktree link – ready to go.

That’s it! Easy, right?
Now your customers can find one link in your bio leading to all your most important pages. Here is an example of how it might look in your Instagram bio and how your page can be designed.
